As a small family business, we go to great lengths to make sure our products reach your home in “tip-top” condition as we value your custom very highly. If for some reason that isn’t the case, then please note the following.
DELIVERY
Once your order has been received at Mr and Mrs Santa Claus, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the 7th day, please email us at enquiries@mrandmrssantaclaus.co.uk or telephone 01962 771808.
We have to allow 14 days for delivery to comply with post office and insurance regulations.
DAMAGED/ MISSING ITEMS
If you parcel contents are damaged, please email us straight away and return the items to us. Once we have received those items back, we will then be in a position to organise a refund or exchange.
If you discover items are missing with your order, again please email us
We recommend that when you receive your order that you check the contents immediately. If you have to return any items to us then obtain a Certificate of posting from the Post Office. We are unable to organise a refund or exchange for goods that are lost in transit.
CANCELLATIONS
All our customers have the right to cancel their order before it is despatched or request a refund within 10 days of receipt. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the goods have been returned.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to discontinue any item where necessary
SHIPPING
Postage has been calculated according to weight and destination.
